TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account with LOOP Juices Inc. through https://b2b.loopmission.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this contract

TERMS OF SALE

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (and are exclusive of applicable taxes).

We accept no liability to complete any transaction which cannot be cleared by our payment processor, whether because there are not sufficient funds available on your credit card or otherwise. If such a situation should occur, you will receive an error message and the transaction will be denied. Moreover, we may suspend your LOOP account and contact you so you can provide us with valid alternative credit card information. Such suspension shall not relieve you from your obligation to pay any fees owed to us.

Please consult your LOOP account for more information on the pricing and features of our different packages. You acknowledge being bound by the terms and conditions of the package you have selected.

PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION

All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.

If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your LOOP account, you can do so at any time by contacting us at order@loopmission.com.

DELIVERY

In terms of direct sales with our own drivers, we only deliver to the areas surounding Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.  Please note that if your account has been approved that means that we can deliver to your location.

We have a minimum requirement of 4 cases per order for free delivery

Our delivery window is Wednesday to Friday for all orders received before 11:59pm Monday of the same week. In the event that you don’t receive your order within our delivery window (bc lets face it, things happen), we will contact you to  make special arrangements.

Please inspect all Products you receive for damage or other issues upon delivery and refrigerate immediately once accepted.

LOOP products are always delivered with kindness and a smile.

GUARANTEE

LOOP juices, smoothies, wellness shots and probiotic sodas must be refrigerated at all times.

We offer a sales guarantee on products that you receive with less than 30 days of shelf life. This means that anything that you do not sell before the expiration date will be replaced with fresh product, at no charge (no credits to be applied). If you should need this guarantee, please send a picture that clearly displays each unit remaining and their expiration date to order@loopmission.com.

For the first 3 months as a new LOOP client, you are entitled to our 50% sales guarantee. This means that should you not sell through your products before the expiration date, even if they have more than 30 days remaining upon receipt, LOOP will replace your expired items with fresh products at 50% of your wholesale cost. If you should need this guarantee, please send a picture that clearly displays each unit remaining and their expiration date to order@loopmission.com.

On Friday nights, we recommend mixing our juices with gin or vodka.

No fruit or vegetable will be mistreated in any of our operations.

REFUNDS

Please ensure that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find an issue with an item that you received, maybe it’s damaged or we delivered an incorrect item, please contact us at order@loopmission.com.

Once evaluated and approved, you will be refunded on your original method of payment and will receive a confirmation email to the account registered to your profile. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

ELIGIBILITY

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you (a) are 18 years of age or older, (b) have full power and authority to enter into the present Conditions of Use and in so doing will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.

ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE

LOOP grants you a limited, non-exclusive access to use the Site and to download the Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial use and provided that you do not delete or modify any copyright or other proprietary notice. Any other copying, use, distribution, transmission or modification of the Site’s content, including, without limitation, collection or use of product descriptions or prices, use of data mining or similar tools or framing of any Site content is subject to LOOP’s prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site in any manner that would (a) adversely affect the Site’s resources or the availability of the Site to others; (b) compromise the system integrity or security (c) violate any local, provincial, national or international law; or (d) delete or modify any content on the Site.

We may, without prior notice, change the Service, stop providing the Service or features of the Service (to you or generally), or create usage limits for the Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability to LOOP, for any reason or for no reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement or your access to the Service for any reason or no reason, you will continue to be bound by the terms of this Agreement which, by their nature, should survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may be required to create an Account at loopmission.com in order to gain access to additional functionality provided within the Service that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. By creating an account, you agree to (i) provide accurate, current and complete account information, (ii) maintain and update sporadically as necessary your account information, (iii) keep your password secure and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account including all information you provide to us, (iv) immediately notify us of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account and (v) never use another User's Account without permission. LOOP will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your Account.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business.

We collect the following personal information about you:

  • Postal Code
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

When you visit our website, we also collect:

  • Information about your computer, including your IP address, the type of operating system and browser you use,

However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LOOP harmless, its officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the loopmission.com Website as well as the LOOP account in relation therewith.

WE DO NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE IS ACCURATE, UP-TO-DATE OR COMPLETE. WE ARE PROVIDING THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENTS OR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Parties hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the district of Montreal, Province of Quebec.

The present Conditions of Use are the entire and exclusive agreement between LOOP and you regarding the use of the Website, and the present Conditions of Use supersede and replace any prior agreements between LOOP and you regarding the Website.

You shall not assign or otherwise transfer the present Conditions of Use or any of your rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without our prior written consent which consent is within our sole discretion. No assignment or delegation by you shall relieve or release you from any of its obligations under the present Conditions of Use. Subject to the foregoing, the present Conditions of Use shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by each of the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. LOOP shall be allowed to assign the present Conditions of Use to any third party without requiring your consent.

Nothing in the present Conditions of Use shall constitute a partnership or joint venture between you and the Company.

If a particular provision of the present Conditions of Use is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the provision shall be deemed severed from the present Conditions of Use and shall not affect the validity of the present Conditions of Use as a whole.

The Parties have expressly requested that the present Conditions of Use be drawn up in English and that all modifications thereof can be made in this language.
