Frequently asked questions

No fees, we deliver for free with a minimum order of 6 cases!

Our delivery window is  Wednesday to Friday. Our order cut-off time to receive your order is Monday at 11:59 pm EST.  If you submit an order before that time, you can expect your order to be delivered that week,between Wednesday and Friday. Any order placed that missed the cut-off time will be delivered the week following.  

We update our inventory weekly. If a product is sold out, it will very likely be back in stock the week following! Of course, if you have any questions or special requests, you can still contact us.

We only accept orders with a minimum order of 6 cases.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Interac and express checkouts with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Please ensure that you inspect your order upon receipt with our driver. They  will let us know right away if something went wrong. If you find an issue after they’ve left, please contact us. A photo will be asked as proof of any damages or defects.

We do not accept returns.

We only process refunds for undelivered or damaged items. If that happens, please contact us so we can find the best solution with you. Once a refund is approved, we will refund the amount on your original method of payment. Please note that sometimes it takes a few days for the transaction to reach your bank.
