Refund policy
Please ensure that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find an issue with an item that you received, maybe it’s damaged or we delivered an incorrect item, please contact us at order@loopmission.com.
Once evaluated and approved, you will be refunded on your original method of payment and will receive a confirmation email to the account registered to your profile. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
