What if my store isn’t in your delivery range?

No worries, we never neglect an opportunity to save a fruit or veggie! You’ll be redirected to our distributors list.

If I make an order, will I receive it the same week?

Our cut-off time is Monday 11h59PM. If you make an order after that cut-off, you will receive your order the next week between our delivery days window (Wednesday to Friday).

What is your delivery window for a retail partner?

We deliver on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday depending on your area! You will receive an email once your order is on its way. 🚚

How much are your delivery fees?

No fees, we deliver for free with a minimum order of 6 cases!

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do! You need to have a minimum of 6 items in your basket.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Under certain conditions, we also accept bank deposits/transfers and Interac with a 30-day net payment term plan. Please contact our customer service to learn more about this option contact us.

What happens if I receive a product that I did not order, or if something is damaged or missing?

Please ensure that you inspect your order upon receipt with our driver. They  will let us know right away if something went wrong. If you find an issue after they’ve left, please contact us. A photo will be asked as proof of any damages or defects.

Are your products shelf stable?

Most of our cold-pressed products need to be refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius to maintain their freshness!

Our Iced Teas are currently the only products that are shelf-stable

What can I do if a product is sold out?

We update our inventory weekly. If a product is sold out, it will very likely be back in stock the week following! Of course, if you have any questions or special requests, you can still contact us.

I'd like to return some of my products, can I?

We do not accept returns.
